Hospitals are scary places on their own that they don't need additional horror elements mixed in but we still get games like Dr. Psycho - Hospital Escape. This game is the former where you're stuck in a hospital and need to get out hopefully with all your pieces intact. It's unclear why you're in the hospital but it's not worth it to stick around to find out since the scenario is encouraging you to start running since fear surrounds you. You also have no idea what the doctor and other beings are capable of which is why you need to rely on running, hiding, and thinking fast.

The goal is to escape the hospital as soon as you can and hopefully alive. You don't have any way to defend yourself which is why you need to rely on stealth to survive. Enemies will patrol the hospital and will start chasing you on sight. You can also take time to wait until certain objects are left behind to improve your chances of escape. If you take too much damage, you'll have to restart back in your room. There's also a Hardcore mode for increased difficulty.
You'll start the game in a desolate hospital room and the doctor will leave you alone. You're then free to explore your surroundings, examining objects, seeing what doors are unlocked, and trying to solve puzzles. Certain items can be collected and stored in your inventory with some having puzzle purposes (breaking open a container) and others for exploration (seeing in the dark better). You can also use objects like cabinets to hide in so that you can avoid patrolling enemies.
Tips and Tricks
The hospital is dark with a lot of similar-looking areas so keep track of places that you've been. Even though you can run, don't do so unless it's necessary due to the noise risk. If you need to drop items, do so in places where you can easily remember and collect them again.
